Hi guys!! How are you all? So as we well know summer is just around the corner. Im currently full steam ahead into my Super Lean cutting plan to beat last years beach bod because I’m going to Portugal this weekend then to LA on the 3rd of April for my clothing line S/S launch. So with the excitement I was feeling rather spontaneous the other day, so decided to bleach my hair. I know, I know…a bold move but I feel like with summer coming I fancied a change to mix it up a little. If you’ve followed me for a while know you’ll know I actually did have outrageous blonde hair when I was younger. Well…ITS BACK!!

Moving swiftly on, I’m about 8 weeks into my Super Lean personalised plan since getting back from Thailand really starting to see some serious results, even though I have had 2 weekends away in Oslo to see a special someone. I’m really enjoying getting fitter again, losing body fat so my abs are now back but also I’ve manage to balance so I can keep my strength. I know a lot people think this is impossible to do but with the right plan you can do this. You just need to know what what to do which is where I come in.

Second topic I wanted to talk about it social media. I posted a pic yesterday about it and this was my caption to explain my thoughts better as I think there is too much unnecessary negativity in the world.
“There is a lot of talk at the moment understandably about mental health & depression. It’s a very serious topic and the majority of social media doesn’t seem to respect it. The reason I’ve brought it up may seem silly, but relative. So since bleaching my hair white, I must have blocked about a 100 people. I have ZERO time for negativity and for someone to have the time to message someone they don’t know about what they think I look like or even abuse, it shows a lot about the person sending those messages. I’m not phased by much at all but some people are and won’t admit it. The point is you have no idea what someone is going through, so for anyone to have the audacity to send an unwanted opinion on a matter which is non of your business to why people do things, can be a lot more harmful than you think. It’s basically bullying but because you’re doing online you think it’s okay & most likely would never say it to anyone’s face. Because it’s a b*tch move.
Spread love, happiness, give compliments, make people smile & you might find you are smiling more yourself. It’s the law of attraction!

But anyway after getting that off my chest, here is a picture of my 8 week transformation so you guys can get an idea of what can be achieved. Ill be honest the first 5 weeks when I came back I was brutally strict and is not realistic for most people with day to day jobs, this was because I really didn’t like or feel the way I looked. After that, once I got some kind of shape back I was happy with I still kept things on point but I was going a little crazy so let me hair down on the weekends I went away as you want to make this enjoyable, part of your lifestyle.
