Heyyy guys!! Hope you’re all having a great day!! So as you know I’m cutting hard at the moment, as you saw in my last blog I’m going to LA in April so need to get in some serious shape as I will be doing lots of fitness shoots as well as my clothing line Lab3l for the summer/spring range.
I’ve always sworn by doing fasted cardio to strip fat. I think it’s the most effective way of doing it but even for me, who loves cardio I sometimes get bored of doing the same old runs, biking, stair master etc. Recently I’ve started doing something I like to call cardioBRO, which is cardio mixed up with bodyweight or weighted movements. This not only burns more calories, it keeps things interesting as in stead of thinking “oh, I’ve got another 45mins left of running on this bloody treadmill”, you have short goals within the workout to complete. You can make is as hard or as long as you like but trust me, its makes its so much easier to burn those calories.
For example this is what I did today. Here is what you’ll need:
As you can see, barely any equipment. In fact you can even do this with no equipments as long as you can track calories burnt or distance ran/walked, then in between you can incorporate your own body weight movements. This is a great workout and so easy to do. If you can manage to do this fasted as well, you’ll see fat drop off you in a matter of weeks!!!
