I have been passionate about health, fitness and it has had a huge role in my life from such a young age. Brought up in the country side, travelled around most of Europe and cities in the UK to be now based in the city of London.
Fully qualified trainer, raised in sports & fitness my entire life, whilst competing at high levels of rugby in my teens and early 20’s. As my love of sport involved a lot gym work, this soon turned my attention to the aesthetics side of training which has brought me where I am today.
I’m a stronger believer the fitness ethics improving not only health & fitness but to mentally have an positive effect on areas within your life. This is not just a job, its my lifestyle and I want to share my knowledge with others, hoping to motivate you to start your fitness journey, whether its to improve general health or to compete.
