I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember, and it has shaped my life choices to get me where I am today. Brought up in the countryside, travelling and working around most of Europe before now basing myself in the city of London, I am a personal trainer, fitness model and co-owner of Bearwear clothing.
A fully qualified trainer, I first started out competing at high levels of rugby in my teens and early 20’s. As my love of sport involved a lot gym work, this soon turned my attention to the aesthetics side of training which has brought me where I am today, and also taught me the importance of balancing fitness with diet and nutrition.
